Camberley-based Herrington Carmichael LLP implemented Accesspoint’s Mozaique Client Portal to improve client onboarding efficiency and online payments processes. The firm had experimented with existing functionality within their current PCMS and spoken with other external providers to find a suitable solution before selecting Mozaique.
As well as providing a client portal, the firm will be using Mozaique to provide a 24/7 secure payment portal with a key attraction being the ability to process all the payments within a single screen and the integration with the Accounts module automatically completing a posting slip ready for approval.
