Standard practice includes legal teams sending a link to clients to fill out a form. The client then fills out said form before sending it back to the fee earner. It’s time consuming, admin-heavy and ideally you want to improve the efficiency of your client onboarding process, so you can spend more time earning.
We also create internal forms for the times a client walks into reception or picks up the phone and calls you. This includes lots more information, because you’ve got the client there before you and can quickly ask them a variety of questions. Once you have the completed form, we can triage this until its ready to enter your PMS as a prospect.

Once a client submits an enquiry through Mozaique’s web forms, the data lands straight into your PCMS holding bay before entering your database. This way, you can manipulate or tweak the data before syncing to your PCMS.
Then, we conflict check: does this client already exist in your system? It’s not a problem if so, because the web form interrogates your database and checks for duplicates! This is one of our clients’ favourite features.

Our Mozaique Client Portal provides online client access to matter progress and a secure payment portal via a browser or App. You can add forms to the task list in the online portal, letting your client know exactly what they need to do, such as sign T&Cs or fill in proof of funds.
